Guidelines for delivery of the work performed for evaluation

About Group director:
all members must be present at the table that assessment.
critical intervention is crucial to each student during the panel that evaluates it.
not evaluate groups whose work is not complete or that do not meet all the Guidelines Presentation of the work, or have exceeded the duration of the video.

About Video Final:
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES audiovisual work:
Each group must submit properly labeled DVD COPY and complete technical record.

- Technical / Support: can be performed in any format and standard. DVD video must be delivered in two versions sound on each copy if the original sound is working in stereo, a stereo version and a version MONO. To ensure proper projection according to the technical conditions of each device available .- Alternatively, a single version of MONO.

- Parts of the video:
1 .- Plate Presentation at the beginning of the work, "Department of Conduct 1 - Faculty of Fine Arts - UNLP - month and year of courses"
2 .- Then (at the beginning, after the presentation plate, or at the end of the film): Title paper, names of students filmmakers, month and year of completion.

- Labels:
The body of the DVD and its case should be properly labeled and tagged.

DVD in the body must bear the legend:
"Making 1 - Video Final Submission-September 1 2009"
(for the Evaluation of September)

"Making 1 - Video Final-December 2009 "
(for the Evaluation of December)

And information must appear: Video Title / Length / Standard / audio (stereo or mono) / (optional: Members of the Group performative)

In the case: to label the box (besides the body of the DVD) are equipped with a cover designed by the chair to be complete (found on the photocopying and the blog of the chair).
December delivery Optional: Add to cover a photograph of the group director. They can also add an image of the film.

- File Technique:
be attached the relevant data sheet designed by the chair properly completed (found on the photocopying and the blog of the chair).

- Duration: Final Video Duration: 4 to 6 minutes. Not be accepted for evaluation work whose duration is less or greater than stated.

DECEMBER 2009 DELIVERY
Each group should submit two copies on DVD properly labeled and their full technical details, following the submission guidelines listed in this document.

Copies of the video must have been previously controlled by the group director and be in perfect condition for evaluation. No copies will be accepted with technical deficiencies of picture or sound.

submitted copies of video and associated data sheets shall be kept by the chair to become part of his report and Audiovisual Archives and the Video Library of Media Arts Career.
